If you are having technical difficulties please email our support team (info.bestsharing@gmail.com) before claiming a refund as we’re happy to help you and solve any problems you might have.

We do not offer the money back in following cases:

1-The service is provided “as-is”.The fact that you are not able to access all the channels using our servers can NOT be a reason for a refund request because channels list are always changing and you should ask about packages and lists before buying.

2-If you do not take any effort contacting our support department first to help you resolve the problem you do not qualify for a refund.

3-It is strictly forbidden to clone the files that we send you.  This is a case of breach of contract, without refund.(Detecting a double login your account will be suspended for no refund allegeable.

4-You can ask for refund money on 3 days max 7 days only ( weekends and holidays included ).In this case, you have to send us a refund request by e-mail (not in PayPal). This request will be processed within 12 hours.

5- In case you want Reshare account you just need to talk our support team to help you do not clone cccam account because this is a case of breach of contract, without refund.
